New Patient Forms
Upon completing the necessary paperwork, a thorough history will be taken. You will have the opportunity to explain your concerns and problems, as well as ask any questions you may have concerning your health care.
A thorough examination will be taken by one of the three doctors.
Xrays may be needed to thoroughly evaluate your condition. If they are necessary, they will be taken on your initial visit. We use state-of-the-art equipment and safety precautions when needed. Your results will be discussed to help you understand your condition. Again, not all patients need xrays to be taken, but they are available within our office.
